Founded in 2004 we built over 20 homes. We ceased building in 2007. Since then we have focused on Land and lots, and started our first new build in 2013 with 7 New homes which we sold in 20014.
Taking advantage of 36 years experience in land development, land sales, and new home sales, my partner and I have aggressively acquired more developed lots for construction in 2015 and 2016. We recognised during the Recession that early in the cycle there would be finished lots available well below replacement costs. The approval process is so byzantine and punishing in our area that new approvals would be 2 years off at a minimum creating an artificially limited supply. We are focused in Montgomery County Maryland close in suburbs near the Beltway and easily accessible to METRO or MARC stations.
