Skadoit is building a brand nationally in the data protection and the managed service space. We have a unique distribution model and are already selling in 14 states and building traction within 7 markets.
We are seeking capital which will help us with growth within our existing markets and expand into new ones. We plan to restructure our website and split it to drive income from our subscription based ecommerce and support our business management side with aggressive SEO marketing within our markets and focused on our verticals.
Accordingly, we are seeking a Revenue Based Investment which will be structured off gross revenue of all sales within the company.
Having launched our full brand of services mid-year last year, we are well positioned to capitalize on our momentum.
It is anticipated that 2.5x to 3x investment will be achieved by year three.
