Our current strategy encompasses purchasing existing businesses to grow at a constant rate of 30% for the first two years. Spurring cash flow 200% in the first two years and establishing a capital structure that will allow us to use our capital for acquisitions and thereby keeping our debt at below 30%. The second phase of our growth plan is to purchase commercial/residential properties that will allow us to perfect our property management skills while continuing growth and cash flow. This is a three year phase. The final three years will be spent on preparing the company to go public in year 8. At this point, investors will be able to capitalize on the investments that have been made in WLC and will be generously compensated for their contributions.
