Description:
I am an individual with the right domain name and a brand new concept in online dating that will target people worldwide.
This website will offer ad-supported free and ad-free premium services. Premium services will be very attractively priced as the idea will be to have the largest possible volume of paying subscribers.
I am offering up to a 20% equity share in this website at a cost of $1,000 per percent to an investor who will help fund this start up.
Besides relying on conventional advertising methods, I am an ideas-person who can use craigslist, myspace, facebook, orkut, and other social networking websites to popularize this dating website.
As mentioned before the concept behind this dating website is very different from anything else out there. I can only discuss my ideas with a serious investor/serious investors.
The goal for the first 12 months will be to sign up a minimum of 25,000 paying subscribers.
The minimum investment sought is $5,000 and the maximum investment sought is $20,000.
