Description:
I own some real estate on the Island of Exuma in the Bahamas and have plans to build a gated condo/villa community for 2nd home owners and investors. Villas will range from Studio, to 3 bed lock off. Villas will be sold outright fee simple and with owners being able to put their villas in the rental pool to earn an income during the period villas are not occupied. Looking for a partner to invest about $500,000 and assist with marketing in Europe. Willing to offer 20% of profit.
