Description:
My philosophy is to find right people to work with and money will follow. I opened this business with a person who has very good eyes for real estate and he can do it all by himself. He has civil engineering degree as well. We bought two houses so far and one is ready to be rented. Buy bit up houses, do quick fix, rent through section 8. Need investors to give us money for interest. No partnership yet.
