I am looking to find an investor to PURCHASE a delivery route(beverage, bread, snack - specifics should be decided upon by both of us). There are a few for the price of $150-300K which include the truck and, after operating costs, profit over $2,000 weekly, some profiting more than $3,000 weekly. (a lot of more than %50 cash businesses)
The sales always include a vehicle which is usually a 2011-or-newer reliable truck. Operating costs include insurance, fuel and supplies. The growth potential is only limited to our sales and how we operate. There is incredible growth opportunity.
I am prepared to manage and operate the route for 50% of the weekly profit, while the investor will be earning the remaining 50% of the weekly profit. As an investor, you're looking at least $1,000 a week for investing in an already proven, successful and lucrative business. Immediate income can actually be guaranteed by the route-seller, whomever we decide to buy from.
Most of these businesses are for sale because the owners have owned the route for so long that they are ready to cash-in and head south. It is extremely rare that a delivery route will fail as an investment if ran properly.
