I buy real estate properties in less than good condition to fix and flip for profit. I search and inquire about potential real estate properties that needs work. Pending on the ARV (Average Repair Value) and Comps (Comparables) of the homes in that immediate area or city/town; My company makes offers on properties that show potential value, and resale the property at a higher value. Basically I buy homes in poor condition, renovate them, and then I resale the property at a higher value. Renting home is also an option as an investment long-term. Also I pass potential offers to other real estate buyers/investors for a fee.
