Description:
Key Design Investors is a new, up and coming real estate investment company whose mission is to provide quality, detailed design work in rehabbing homes. This company is established to give low to moderate income people a sense of pride in homeownership. The housing that will be produced will have great design details that you would typically find in your larger scaled homes, such as granite counter-tops, tiled and wooden floors and stainless steel appliances. All of this would be done on a smaller scale and would make the homeowner feel like they've gained a part of the "American Dream", a home!
