Description:
Live touring act with merchandise available for purchase online, in stores, and at shows. The company will be structured as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). This form was chosen to allow the business owner to adopt a corporate business structure that distributes the income to the partners (reported on their individual tax returns), but also protects them from personal liability for the business’s debts, as with the corporate business form.
