By being involved in each step of the way from development, we at H.O.P.E Realty can ensure our customers that they are receiving the highest quality living available at that price. The founders are forming this company in order to provide customers with a living environment that is unparallel, while cutting expenses through organizational diversification enabling optimal profit margins. H.O.P.E. Realty will cultivate an atmosphere and a quality of life that is of high standards for its customers.
Officially established in 2010, H.O.P.E. Realty’s philosophy and mission began to take shape as a response to the unfortunate pressures of a struggling economy due to the recent recession. Determined to make a difference, H.O.P.E. Realty was created by Sean Simmonds and Jason Francis out of an inspired effort to alleviate the unfortunate crisis upon their fellow Americans due to the recent economic downturn. Our concern for the struggling country population began to intensify, as foreclosures across the country began to reach an all time high. In search for a resolution to the matter, we decided to get involved on the behalf of our fellow Americans. Therefore, H.O.P.E. Realty was created out of a desire to become helping hand in their pursuit of equity, in being an advocate for the citizens by trying to develop a solution to their desire of homeownership.
H.O.P.E. Realty understands that in spite of the disastrous economic weather, people still need a place that they can call home. A place to live and raise their families. A place to reside and nurture their dreams. For that reason, it is our vision to help Americans regain their footing in these troubled times.
H.O.P.E. Realty’s goal is to provide quality, and reliable living at below normal market rates, for those who may not be eligible to, or able to obtain otherwise. We look to provide aid through assistance tailored to encourage those affected, to surely and continually pursue homeownership, which in our opinion is the driving force and staple of what the foundation of the aspiration of “The American Dream” is built upon.
Our vision is where innovation takes place. By acquiring properties at such low rates, we are able to renovate/remodel such properties, increasing its value and putting it back on the market, providing adequate quality living for consumers, still at a remarkable rate for the consumer to handle and enjoy. With more flexibility, and often more daring than big businesses, our firm plans to inspire hope, by helping Americans once again “dream the American dream.”
Thus, our goal is to primarily accommodate low income or economically disadvantaged individuals, to ensure a greater opportunity to acquire ownership of estate. Therefore, H.O.P.E.
