Description:
My Mission is to open a Non-Profit Facility to give pet owners peace of mind in knowing that their animal companions will spend the rest of their life in a loving, caring and healthy environment, as well as being a refuge for elderly pets who might otherwise spend the rest of their lives behind bars or get euthanized.
Transport pets to their owners or visa versa that are in Senior Citizen, Nursing or Rehabilitation Facilities so they can see them on a regular basis. This would benefit the Owner and the pets. The ideal situation would be for the
Owners to set up a trust or endowment for their pet naming H.A.R.P as the recipient/beneficiary. I have contacted Financial Advisors and they think it is an idea that will work because many of their clients already leave funds for the care and keeping of their pets.
I have experienced Board Members and volunteers ready to work for H.A.R.P. I need the funds to create the Non Profit Status, pay for Legal Fee's, acquire a space of operation (I have found the prefect location) and mitigate overhead start up costs. I have been a volunteer for the local Humane Society and been in the business world for over 25 years. I have been caring for animals and children all of my adult life and have run a childcare facility for the last 10 years.
