We are focusing on the ability to purchase our investors properties that are currently on the market to be sold but are taking much too long. During this period, our investors our unable to invest their cash into other cash-flowing properties. Since we manage and maintain all of these properties, we know the exact value. This allows us to close very quickly and get the cash these investors need in a timely manner. We hope that other investors with an open mind will come on board. I feel this is a need in this industry and will surely have great returns since we will be using cash instead of wasting money on interest in loans as well as the time it takes to get approved for loans.
