Description:
I know this is a tough time, but that is what makes it an opportunity. We are interested in buying a hotel in Santa Rosa, Napa area of California...20+or- rooms. We have the experience to make it work. We are looking for actual funding in late 2010 because the market conditions will be more favorable.
