BAME Enterprises Inc. started as a small transportation company for hire. In less than 6 months BAME grew for a one truck operation to a 6 unit company. The growth was too sudden and underfunded. We decided to grow at this rate based on a promise from a Financing company to fund the expansion. The funding company delayed once and again. Cash flow started to suffer. When the sub prime crash happened, available loads for the company started suffering more. The killing moment came when the price of fuel tripled in less than a month. The original company that had promised financing gave us a deadlines and provided us with paperwork and proof of the "imminent" financing. Cash flow became critical to a point where now we can't survive without an investment. Opportinity for the company's services has come again but in a different location but we are trying a last resort to be operational again.
