We will be a self servicing purchase and rehabilitation company. We will find, purchase and renovate properties throughout the Detroit Metropolitan area. We intend to purchase and rehab @ 50% of the current A.R.V and resell to investors and new home buyers at discount prices. We will pay closing costs and offer selling incentives.

We do need some advice on our plans, we have the experience inthe rehabbing and finding properties, but we have never had a business plan.
