Nightclub located on Main Street in heart of downtown Houston, Tx. Club has 3 arate levels with 3 bars. Initially opened in late June 07 with 2 additional partners. I put in all monies to open and renovate club. Total investment to date is approximately $100,000. 2 partnes were not contributing to business, misappropriating monies, and not of good moral character. Partnership was terminated and lease on building terminated. Landlord of building is willing to allow me to reenter lease and start and restart business without previous partners. Business grossed $55,000 first full month of business in July 2007. Projected gross cash flow after 90 days of being open is approximately $105,000.
