Experienced mechanic of twenty years seeks to find investors to immediately re-establish auto sales business. Vehicles that require very low repair will be purchased from tow yards, private individuals, and/or auto auctions. The vehicles will then be repaired and sold at a fair market/profitable price.
I have had ten very successful years owning and operating an auto sales business in the past. My mechanic expertise gives me the ability to work on vehicles quickly and efficiently, therefore producing a high rate of sales.
In the past, my very part-time business operations created an income of $2,000-$3,000 per month. With investment capital, I plan to create a full time business that will generate an estimated $4,000-$6,000 per month. The investment will be repaid with a 7.5% interest rate for the first year. After the first year, the interest rate will increase to 10% for the remainder of the time it takes to repay the loan, not exceeding 36 months. Because the amount of the investment capital is not a large sum, I do not have any collateral to offer. However, I am willing to meet with your lawyer and sign a contract that will bind me to these terms.
