I am from Kerrville, TX and looking for an investment to help provide Texas with the answer to a superior patented asphalt emulsion sealcoat product. We have been in business for 25 years and are expanding into the manufacturing side of sealcoat and product sales for the pavement and highway industry. Pitch Black is environmentally safe and durable. It is an asphalt emulsion sealcoat product designed to cover asphalt and protect and extend the life of asphalt. I have a signed contract to open a manufacturing plant in San Antonio/Austin, Dallas, and Houston, TX with the patented product called Pitch Black Asphalt Emulsion Sealcoat. It is currently manufactured and sold in 8 other states and since 2009 over 7 million gallons have been sold collectively. The product has been in the market place for over 40 years and provides competitive advantages. Pitch Black is taking market share from competitors and 4 more plants will be going up in 2013 in the United States. We are seeking an investment to start off with one plant in San Antonio/ Austin with 1 million dollars.
