Description: I would like to buy a the Ace Hardware Warehouse Complex that is 504,517sf and has offices with 5,610sf. I would need monies to remove colomssss and add roof supports. Then add 188,000sf of field turf with full football field markings, full net on west side of feild running north and south, net to cut field in half west to west, and two nets in middle length ways. This field then could have multi-use from football, flag football, soccer, indoor soccer (four at a time). Add 8000sf of artificial Ice with two set of hockey barriers with four nets. Want to offer special nights and have all types of games from ping pong to volleyball as well as basketball. There is a lake that i want to get permission to make into a kids only pond and have specdial fish class and fishing rentals. My organization would be a supporting part of the Yakima Valley Sports Commission. I will work with the YMCA, Yakima Police Athletic League, City Parks and Rec, All Scouting groups for lake access, and any nonprofit group that promotes healthy soicial skills through sports for genral use and fund raising events. A future cool would be to add a health and wellness for community access. As a sports official i would gladly allow any offical's organization access for training and education to athletes at anytime. There are adjacent open fields that future growth could be a large inclosed turf field with bleachers @ 575,000sf (That is about three Football fields wide and the length of one football field. Building would be a simple vinly light weight construction and would be available for High School playoff games of all types. Asking price is about $26 mil, want to find a backer that could get building on terms, contsruction cost and supplies, and one year of opperational cost. Thank you for your time.
