Description: **NOTE: Currently the company HAS NOT been registered within Canada, but will be done so Federally (with the office in Ontario). The registration will be done after making a deal with an Angle or VC Investor - this makes things easier to do should the individual require/wish a Stake in the company.** My purposed name is, Nightshade Gaming Corp. The company will be designed with games in mind and will develop games, the first title is to be an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-play Game) with some new and exciting ideas. ------- (From the Business Plan) This is a company that is dedicated to players, as they are the true life force behind any game. The company is dedicated to building a game (or more) designed for the players, as such it is a company that is truly focused and involved with the community that builds in their game. The company is comprised of thous who love their job, highly enjoy games (more specifically, MMORPGs), and is not fully staffed by paid developers, in fact some developers (in the future) will be volunteers - people who shared the vision and wanted to get involved in the final product. Further, the team could easily be build with individuals worldwide (volunteers abroad) the company does not seek to rush their products to the market, it is better to lunch a project when it is completed in order to make a powerful first impression. The company knows, you only get one chance at first impressions. The genre of Massive Multiplayer Online Games is vastly growing everyday. This is a powerful field, that can grow largely. Before Nightshade Games rose, extensive research was put into the world of MMORPGs - understand the psychology and reasoning players choose to play the game over other games. As stated before, the field of MMORPGs is ever changing and ever growing. Nightshade fits this perfectly. The company may not achieve the status of Blizzard (creators of World of Warcraft) but it is believe that the company will have a good standing and will be able to stand free and apart from the crowd.
