I have identified 5 locations in Manhattan Beach that can be converted into fractional projects and resold. I am looking for an investor to pledge Real-Estate or Invest $1 - $10 Million for the acquisition of Real-Estate located in Manhattan Beach, California. As with the entire South Bay Real-Estate market, we are at the beginning of a growth curve that will benefit every aspect of the industry. Fractional sale are the most lucrative form of Real-Estate, garnering 1.5 to 2 times the traditional return on investment, and having the most control of your investment as the product is being sold. The Return on investment for this proposal is 100% APR, with the security of Tenants in Common title, too ensure proportionate return of your investment, and profit before and disbursement is made to our company. I am able to finance 70% of the transaction through equity based lending, and the equity portion of the transaction would be secured on title in 2nd position. As fractional sales are completed, through title being held in Tenants in Common, the debt service and investor are paid down through partial Reconveyance.
