Description:
We are an Elegant Banquet Hall (18,500 total Sq Ft. - 6000 Sq Ft. Ballroom), We mainly have wedding receptions and Corporate Events. We have 3 acres of property. We are 1 1/2 years old in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are performing very close to our proforma numbers according to our business plan. We will be very profitable in the next 6-12 months. But we are looking for an investor to help with some operating capital ($150K-$250K)to help with operating capital and to expand the business. We have many additional income producing plans but they will take capital to do the build outs and get them rolling. Thank your for your consideration.
