With the market being in the conidtion its in we are having huge success with purchasing residental property from banks. With our skilled based knowledge we are able to purchase property from conventional lending insitituions @ 60% of "As Is Value". Meaning once purchased we are able to turn right around and sell these properties to retail buyers @ 90% to 100% "As is Value". We are looking to leverage our capitol with some of these deals therefore we can move on more of them.
