(2) Wed based application providing instant and accurate visibility into software engineering activities so that management knows precise status ($50 Million/year potential) and (3) a Cell Phone software application that makes the average cell phone communication secure ($2 Billion/year potential)
As an existing company in a freezone (Tax Free) all profits from sales of products is tax free. We are looking for venture partners to fund development in exchange for the establishment of a new Free-Zone company of which the Funding source would have 55% ownership. All revenue would be tax free if managed from Costa Rica Free Zone.
The funding source avoids the risks of startup and all funds go to the specific product development. Funding amount for each project is between $1 Million and $1.25 Million.
