We are currently doing weddings and special events and want to continue our plan to expand our lodging, Zip Line course, event barn, pack trips etc.. We will be similiar to any Guest Ranch found in Montana or Wyoming however we are next to 10 million people in Southern California. We have done our feasibility study and have recent apprasials. We have a great deal of equity in this beautiful property. We have the support of the town and the Los Angeles County Supervisor's office. Please call for more details (Phone # removed). We have set aside 45% of the company for equity investors.
