Description:
This enterprise began in 1995 and I have been Managing it since that time. Now it is for sale and I would like to purchase it and expand the facility. It is a Family Entertainment Center located in the Rough River Area of Kentucky, a resort area. It already has an existing annual income of approximately $22-25K peryear. After completed expansion and expected income of $200K + can be expected. Expansion plans are on line at (URL removed). Business Plan is approx.75% complete, but need help in finishing.
