These homes are 5 - 105 yr old in decent to great neighborhoods... Now what's so perfect about this is, we are getting calls all day long inquiring about Renting and Leasing to Own. So many of these calls are families that got hit by the economical crunch and are trying to get re-established. So, the obvious thing to do is help these families! But, we can't do it alone.
