I have been in the hair industry for about 20 yrs. I stopped for a while to dedicate my time to my family. My husband recently became a police officer and works very bad hours. I only live about five minutes from town and there are no available salons to work in. I still have a few clients that I do haircuts at home for. I have people in town begging me to open my own salon, but there really isn't any place to do so. I know lots of people and am sure of clientelle willing if a had a place. I would like to add on to my house and build a salon so I can work out of my home. It would make my struggle to take care of my family and deal with my husbands schedule much easier. Currently I drive a school bus part time , serve on the library board and am also a 4 H leader.
