Description:
PADI scuba retail shop with full training, rental, gear sales, repairs, indoor heated pool, American Red Cross Authorized Provider, water wellness, parties, etc. I am trying to purchase an existing business. I have been operating the business wholly since November 1, 2005 and need to get out of the rental aspect of the building and facility. The realtor suggested a value in the $110,000. I am unable to obtain the loan directly.
