It is a planned project for a limited liability company to act in the fishing industry such as oceanic and coastal on the Mozambican territory in Africa. First the company will work in the area of fish catching to supply the diverse local market places. According to the project vision, the long term plan is to establich arecognized food processing plant (canned fish) industry that will process fish and supply (sell) at the level of national and international markets.
The fishing activities and more additional services will be held in Nacala Port city (Mozambique) the port city considered to be an Special Economic Zone of Mozambique.
The main objective inserted in the company's vision is to participate effectively in the generation and promotion of employment for the people of Nacala in northern Mozambique and to promote a life of dignity and hope for people and also contributing to the socioeconomic development of Mozambique.
The management team of this project promise to follow and accomplish all plans as they are set up because we know the region, market and have needed business management skills and social knowledge for the area.

5 - Objectives of the Company
Contribute to creating jobs in Mozambique in particular in the port city of Nacala through a series of business initiatives by industrial fishing firm that will gain acquisition of profits, and also to hthe socioeconomic development of the country and therefore the improving the lives of the people through the fish product that the company will provide.
The functional objective is to fish different types of fish such as mackerel, sardines and fish aguhla through the practice of industrial fishing in coastal and ocean bay and the Indian Ocean Nacala, Mozambique and will later be placed in the local market and national merchants, fishmongers and the final consumer.
The aim of the long term market is also canned fish industry. So the company will carry out various activities such as the commercial sector including export and import activities related to fishing, Nacala Hope fishing company also aims to help create a dynamic training labor business through its pilot project example, setting up training courses.
A summary of General Strategy Planning
The Project first will begin with its operations with a vessel (1) boat with about 20 meters long and 6 meters wide with carrying capacity of approximately 52 tons of cargo. After some time the project may have more boats in operation according to the project's evolution.
The boat will be operating with 7colaboradores permanent and 30 fishermen a total possible number of 40 workers. Among the 10 supervisors are to be sailor with his replacement driver and his deputy, and a diver in charge of the project. In total we will hire about 40 employees .
The Project needs a starting investment funds of $500.000,00. The ROI will paid according to the instructions and requirement of the invester. We seek Equity or Debt investment funds.
