Description:
Hello,
My name is Ralhan Patel. I am a person with a LOT of knowledge on flipping houses in my county. I am just looking for an initial angel investor who will fund my first purchase for a 50% profit return on the investment. My plan is to buy a foreclosure, renovate it (flip it), and sell it within a period of one month for a little less than the market value (guaranteeing a fast sell). If you are my angel investor, please contact me at [send me a message]. Thank You
Ralhan
