What business will you be in? What will you do? We are Debt Settlement/Relief Company that is dedicated to help individuals relieve the stress and hardships that comes when dealing with debt. We strive to eliminate consumer’s debt & provide a fresh start through sound financial advice and education. Enrolling in one of our programs starts a journey to financial freedom that will ultimately create a sound foundation for their financial future.
Company Goals and Objectives: We strive to be the best in our industry. Our goal is to have the best customer satisfaction and insure that our clients succeed through our programs. Our objective is to establish a relationship with creditors that will allow us to settle for a discount, therefore passing these savings onto our client at the same time increasing our annual sales. We project to have on average 500 clients enrolled into one of our programs monthly.
To whom will you market your products? People that have unsecured debt, and that have overextended there credit limits and are not able to pay back creditors.
Is it a growth industry? Debt Settlement / Debt negotiation programs were created as an alternative for consumers to payback debt before filing bankruptcy. This program allows consumers to payback a portion of their debt without long term effect on their credit vs. bankruptcy. This industry has grown in the last few years due to the slump in our economy.
What background experience, skills, and strengths does the company have to bring to this new venture? We have an in house attorney with years of experience that provides guidance when negotiating with creditors also we have in-house customer service, law clerk, compliance officers, and experienced credit counselors.
