The ranch organization was formed to explore different alternative uses for ranch purchased in 2006. Due to the current lending atmosphere--the coop that had the land financed was purchased and the new entity is not willing to work with me on payments. I am looking for venture capital to payoff existing 1st lien and pull additional capital to explore the many uses available. I have applied for a grant for the exploration of recycling water on the ranch. The terrain is such that I believe I can expand one of the natural stock tanks to enable a underground irrigation/recycling water system and basically pay for the infrastructure by selling the export material to a local construction company or a highway construction contractor. There are endless opportunities and there is approximately $500,000.00-800,000.00 equity in the land currently. I just do not have any wiggle room with the current lender. I am looking for an organization that will be creative and explore the endless possibilities for this tract.
