HSV Technologies has patents for a Non-Lethal Laser Beam Weapon and a Laser Vehicle Disabling Device. The company is constantly being urged by various Law Enforcement, the military and other government agencies to expedite Prototype Development for URGENT manufacturing and distribution.---Proof of Principle testing was performed at UCSD (CA) in 1997 with laser equipment of that time, but recent improvements in Laser technology would allow for much better range achievement for both projects.
HSV Technologies is privately owned and currently plans to work in association with an existing entity in Indiana, which has current government contracts. They have offered their large existing facility, personnel and most equipment to assist in the develompent of working prototypes, but funds are needed to cover Laser procurement/rental, travel expenses, scientist/technicians salaries, etc. in order to develop HSVT's prototypes.
