We are in the fitness industry building large gyms ranging from 40,000 to 70,000 square feet. Goal is to build many upscale gyms in the local area to develop local economies of scale. The gyms will cater to upper middle class families focusing on providing high services to compete with large gym chains such as LA Fitness and Lifetime Fitness. We currently have an excellent executive/management team as we have 5 former GM's of large health clubs with 3 additional assistant GM's. We also are working closely with a major local land developer to help us build the gyms and help with financing to provide a mimimal risk investment by investors. We are currently looking to find investors with assets to join an LLC to use those non-secured assets as leverage to obtain financing.
