We are a construction Project Management company primarily doing business with the Government. The advantage of government projects is the added sense of security. The purpose of this investment inquiry is to acquire an investor who would fund our bonding requirements and cash flow for our projects. Government require cash bonds in the amount of 20% of contract value to secure projects. We pursue contracts up to $500,000.00 in value, therefore would require up to $100,000.00 as cash bond.
