Description:
Purchase Homes from people that own mortgage free single family dwellings for the purpose of providing rental, rent to own, or lease to own homes to those that have suffered damage to their credit due to the current economy.
Provide owner financing so those with damaged credit that are now back to work, can buy single family dwellings without using conventional lending institutions/banks that are just going to tell them "NO" anyway!!!
