Through an in-depth initial assessment, we determine the issue(s), develop a prioritization matrix and determine the appropriate solution. A key factor in our work revolves around the engagement with the business leader. He/she must commit to actively supporting the work from problem identification to solution implementation. Throughout the engagement, we provide insightful coaching to the business leader and his/her team (as warranted).
In order to leverage the research/expertise of global professionals, we endeavor to become an accredited affiliate with the Institute of Independent Business (IIB). The IIB helps partner consultants with the tools, training, networking and sub-contracting required to bring enhanced solutions to the business leader. Attaining the affiliation will decrease the resources devoted to marketing / advertising, resulting in additional time with the client(s).
