I co-own this company with my brother. We own 18 single family homes, 15 are on the south side of Atlanta. This area borders Hapeville on it's southside. The other borders are I75 on the east, I85 on the west and Cleveland Ave. on the north. With the Jacoby development of the Hapeville Ford plant, the McPherson planned development and proximity to the Atlanta airport, this area has tremendous potential. We are at the cross roads of deciding whether to add additional properties to our portfolio, which would all have positive cash flow, and hold until devlopment is a reality, or sell the entire company to someone who needs a short term tax write-off with mid-term payoff (3-5 years)
