adabaugh Ranch is a family owned company specializing in producing cattle, rock products, and industrial hemp. The Ranch location, with over 700 acres of land and 260 acres of well water, puts them at an advantage to compete with other resources in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. The existing gravel pit provides the easiest pit access in Central Oregon and contains enough rock to continue operations for decades, allowing them to maintain local relationship with many excavation and paving contractors.
Radabaugh has been presented a rare and unique opportunity to provide jetty rock for a re-construction project at the South Jetty at the mouth of the Columbia River. Radabaugh Ranch Construction, LLC has been formed for the sole purpose of executing on this estimated $4MM contract. To enable the company to complete the mining and production of the necessary jetty rock, we are seeking $2,245,000 of financing to pay off the 2nd Mortgage of the property.
After completion of the contract it is estimated that profit after taxes will be $2,945,972 that will be able to pay off the 2nd mortgage with these funds. Further augmenting the contract is the fact that upon project completion there will an estimated 75,000 to 100,000 tons of crushable rock as a bi product that can be marketed directly to Hooker Creek Construction Materials ((URL removed)) or an alternative customer at an estimated value of $500,000.
