BananaWit is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Pentony Group, a limited liability company based in Princeton, NJ. I conceived of BananaWit in September 2013 and have now made it to the development phase, with a team based in India and NYC.
BananaWit is a social news media site where users can create their own news reports using broadcast (video) and publishing (print) platforms to generate content for their viewers, reporting from either a factual or opinion-based perspective.
In an era where news media is heavily dominated by partisan reporting, BananaWit gives the voice back to the people, allowing everyday American's the opportunity make their voice heard and to have an impact on public opinion.
