Description: Hi My name is Nadia and I am an investor in the Las Vegas area, looking to expand with other investors/Broker salesperson in all states. Due to current economic conditions, I have decided to ramp up on my existing operations. I not only represent my-self, but I also have several investors in and out of the area that I help find, rehab, rent out, and manage properties. I have a unique marketing strategy that attracts buyers on the edge of being qualified. Meaning that the local bank with one loan option  may have rejected the buyers I attract, but with a few quality mortgage brokers with many options we could get a lot of approvals. "I AM NOT ATTRACTING" people with horrible credit and absolutely no money to invest. I have set a goal too buy and immediately sell 100 properties in 12-18 months. Some of these properties I will buy and hold myself, but most of them I will sell to the type of homeowner I mentioned above. Regardless of the strategy I choose to use on each property, I need a few aggressive, ethical and honest real estate agents & mortgage broker's to whom I can send 50-100% of all my buyers. Yes you may have to sort through a few who are not qualified, but the end result will be a huge in-flux of business for (URL removed)o, before these people ever get to your doorstep, you and I will discuss some minimal criteria's these people need to start the application. This will weed out all people for whom we unfortunately would have no chance of getting financing. I have chosen a few broker's to represent me in my local area. I need real estate agents and broker's in all area's. The broker I choose will have to be available at all times to pre-qualify or jump on loans sent your way so an aggressive work schedule will be required. The upside for the broker I choose is that I will be a source of a steady stream of deals in a market where most people struggle to find one. We will close on properties every month. With the strategy I am using. All that aside, I am a professional and I expect to work with professionals. I want to make money and I want the broker's I work with to make money. I will be offering properties that fit the criteria below: * Single -Family Homes * 3-4 bedrooms, 1-2 baths, at least 2000 sq. feet * Mobile Homes * Vacation Homes * Tax Liens, Distressed , or Foreclosed Properties.
