Description:
One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating under the Clockwork Home Services corporation is the fastest growing franchise in the United States and Canada. We are a small company that is well established in the Hutchinson market, but just getting started in Wichita. Since funds are limited in our Wichita market, our major focus has been on replacement sales through referrals and very careful strategically planned marketing to only qualified demographics. We are actively searching for an already established company to acquire which we will then, in turn transition into a One Hour franchise. Substantial growth in the market will not take place until addtional investors are taken on in order to acquire already established companies.
