RSP will be the leading web-based event planner nationwide. With a unique document storage platform, our customers will associate the brand with an affordable system that understands their planning needs and guides them through the process with ease.
Within the United States, the wedding business is a $72 billion dollar industry. On average there are 2.2 million weddings per year and Ready Set Plan (RSP) needs less than 1% of the market share to meet conservative first year sales projections. In years two and three, RSP will need 1.5% of the market share to completely pay back funding and to establish itself as a leading web-based application for the wedding and event industry. Collectively, our team has over 40 years of experience in application development and branding/advertising, half having a particular focus in the wedding and event industry. For only $14 per month, the bride can use RSP throughout her wedding planning process. After the event, we will package her planning information up in a zip file and email it to her. This is a value-added service to increase our brand awareness and promote our strong focus in customer service.
RSP is an actual system, not a stand-alone tool like other competitors. The system will be engineered to be used in whichever way the user wants to use it. The interface will be simple enough to be customized, but it will also provide a wizard tool and several tutorials that will to guide the user through the process and show them most optimal way to use RSP. (budgeting, managing documents and vendors, etc.)
