We do hold a 20 year world wide patent and AIG Insurace has backed our business plan and construction. My buying group holds for License in Florida and the Gulf coast. Each project requires 25M for construction and start up cost. WE have 20% equity which is including local and state incentives which includes the properties. We are looking for the 80% Investor non recourse, no personal guarantee for ownership equity and an agressive pay back schedule. Each plant in the 2nd year EBITDA of $13,500,000. Three year projected net worth for each plant of 92M. Other buying groups are in the construction phase and will soon be in production with this new technology. We are i
