we, SC GOG Fininvest Srl, in Bucharest Romania, are a start up company with significant international experience, know how and great ambitions. We are going to realise a real estate project in Bucharest( where 150,000 apartments are needed at this time) , project that will include apartments, schools, kindergarten, commercial areas, parks, sport utilities and so on. We can realise a project wich costs are starting from 100 mio USD , up to 500 mio USD( in connection with the financing conditions ), haveing a gain of about 45% in 6 jears. For starting of the project, we need at the begining about one third of the sum( buying of land, site organize, full projecting, aprovals, aso ).
