Description:
Solid Rock Community School is a K-12 private school located in Tarpon Springs Florida. We have two campuses, both of which we rent. We need our own property and our looking for an investor to make that happen. The total project will cost 2.3m We grossed 1.7m last year and have increased every year in our ten year history. Our company is very stable and growing. We need our own school building to offer long term stability (one lease is soon to expire).
