We are not here to make a quick buck and move on, we here to help people get a peace of the American dream, namely home ownership. 15 years ago, I owned a mortgage company called Allstate Financial services. We did quite well, but when my late wife got real sick, I gave it up to take care of her, after all family is always first. My Brother who had been in the construction field since he was a teenager asked me if we could combine the mortgage field and the construction field into one company. I had to think long and hard about that, I have never seen that done before, but a great idea. Meanwhile I took a job driving a big truck. It gave me lots of time to greave and think. I met my wife now going on 7 years, told her the idea, she loved it, and we could enlist the whole family to help up. My last name is Joy, my wife’s maiden name is Rodriguez. Therefore J & R is born. Associates Group is the collaboration of the family skills. We have 44 members in our family 14 are children. And we each have our own special talents.
