I was the EPA ( Environmental Protection Agency) Project Mgr for the City of Houston with 800 Sq Mi to cover, and reviewed plans for development (commercial & residential), issue permits (Stormwater Quality), investigated sites, issued citations, post construction stormwater federal & state required measures, and conducted workshops, seminars etc to better prepare and educate the public on accomplishing this required step to develop in Texas, ie; municipal gov't ( cities, counties, MUD's, Water Authorities etc. My company consults to developers, contractors and engineers to get this phase acomplished and also handle the post construction activities which leads to the annual renewal of the SWQ permit issued by the city or county permitting authority
